Privacy Policy
AI Employee ("we", "us", "the app") helps you assign jobs to AI employees and optionally connect Google Workspace tools. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account / device identifiers used to store jobs, Brain profile, and connection status on our backend.
- Content you provide such as prompts, company Brain details, and uploaded files.
- Google account data only if you choose Connect Google. Depending on permissions you grant, this may include your email/profile and access to Calendar, Drive, Tasks, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Contacts, and/or Forms.
How we use Google data
Google user data is used solely to provide features you request inside AI Employee. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not transfer it to third parties except subprocessors that help run the product, or when required by law.
Access tokens are stored securely on our backend until you disconnect Google in the app.
AI processing
Job prompts and relevant context may be sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate results. Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to process with third-party AI services.
Data retention & deletion
You can disconnect Google anytime (You → Disconnect), which revokes and deletes stored Google tokens for that device. Email support to request deletion of stored job/Brain data.
Security
We use HTTPS, restricted server-side secrets, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
AI Employee is not directed to children under 13.
